For those people that do not like a lot of oak, this chardonnay may be for you. Produced with fruit from the cooler California climate in Mendocino, Monterey, North Coast and Sierra Foothills. This wine has a light golden color, lightly oaked; fermented in a combination of oak and stainless steel. Rich, buttery, and nutty flavors including vanilla, lemon, and spice with some earthy tones. 13.5% alcohol. Should pair well with many foods, especially creamy or spicy fish and chicken dishes.
