Region: Marlborough, New Zealand

This wine won Gold at the 2015 New Zealand International Wine Show. It’s no wonder.  I like New Zealand Sauvinon Blancs and this one is very good. It has no oak, with wonderful citrus aromas and light sweet fruit flavors. Brancott Estate was the first winery to introduce Sauvignon Blanc to Marlborough, New Zealand more than 30 years ago.  Sauvignon Blanc from this region tends to be sweeter than those found in Bordeaux and the Loire Valley in France. This wine is produced from five rootstocks. 13% alcohol.
