Region: Argolida Valley, Greece
I have had several wines from the Domaine Skouras, which was begun by winemaker George Skouras. After studying winemaking in France, and gaining experience in Italy and Greece, he later returned to produce wines from the near Argos Greece and then the final winery in Malandreni. This white blend is 70% Roditis and 30% Moscofilero. It is light, crisp, wine with a light yellow/green color, with aromas of flowers and favors of mint and citrus, for me grapefruit, with a smooth finish. 12.5% ABV. This is a refreshing wine that is wonderful alone, but would pair well with seafood, poultry, and many cheeses. I really like this one.
